Day 6 weight

180.2 I deserve it!

Day 5 food

I blew it but will post any way!
Breakfast-
Bacon and tea biscuits

lunch-
spaghetti and bread and salad (I went back for second and that blew that)

Dinner-Steak potato and salad and bread

Snacks(not on Fridays!!!!)
McDonalds small fry
small hamburger of kids
piece of dark chocolate

So I ate the equivalent of 5 meals today.....I 'll just keep going and see what happens!

Day 5 weight

179.8 went back up????

day 4 food

Breakfast
2 tea biscuits with bacon

lunch-
chili and pimiento cheese and toast

dinner-
chikfila sandwich and a few fries
